Returns Notice

The wording below applies to direct purchases made through correspondence with the studio.
Window for returns
You may ask to return any item within fourteen days of the date the parcel arrived at the address you provided. The simplest way to start a return is to send a short message through the contact page, including the order date and a brief reason for the return.
Condition of returned items
Returned items should be in the same condition as when they arrived: unused, undamaged, and packed back in their original wrapping where possible. Plain recycled-paper packaging is reusable; please retain it if you think you may wish to send the item back.
Items that cannot be returned
For practical and hygiene reasons, the following cannot usually be returned:
- Items that have been clearly used or visibly worn.
- Items that have been damaged after delivery in a way that is not related to a fault from the studio's side.
- Items that are part of a custom or personalised order discussed in advance with the studio.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrived faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what was described, please write to the studio as soon as possible — ideally within seven days of delivery — including a short description and, where helpful, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a refund without asking you to pay any return shipping cost.
How to send the item back
Once the studio has confirmed your return by reply, please send the item back to the address listed at the top of this notice using a tracked service. Keeping the tracking reference is helpful in case we need to confirm receipt. Standard return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once the returned item arrives and has been checked, the studio will issue a refund to the original payment method within ten working days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take a little longer to appear on your statement. The refund covers the price of the item, and where applicable the original delivery cost, in line with consumer law in the United Kingdom.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please mention this in the message you send to begin the return. Exchanges depend on current stock and will be confirmed by reply before you post the item.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this notice limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the law of England and Wales or the country in which you live. Where local law gives you a longer return period or stronger protections, those rights take precedence over the wording above.
